Store description excerpt

EMERGY is a real-time triage and patient-queue platform built for hospital emergency departments. It helps front desk staff and clinicians work from the same prioritized list, balancing medical severity with wait time so the right patient is always seen next. Designed by clinicians, for clinicians. EMERGY focuses on the daily reality of an emergency room: a constantly changing queue, multiple specialties, shift handovers, and the pressure to make fast, defensible decisions. • Works on phone, tablet, web, and desktop — the same dashboard from a triage cart, the front desk PC, or your phone in the breakroom. SECURITY AND PRIVACY • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored in Google Firebase under your hospital's scoped namespace. • Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth with hospital-bound roles. • EMERGY does not sell, share, or use patient data for advertising. We are not a clinical decision-support tool — final clinical decisions are made by qualified clinicians. WHO IT'S FOR • Emergency department admins setting up the queue and managing staff • Front-desk receptionists registering arriving patients • Doctors and nurses working the live patient list • Hospital IT teams looking for a lightweight, web-first ED management tool GETTING STARTED 1. Register your hospital — pick your specialties and number of departments. 2. Invite your team and assign roles (front desk or doctor). 3. Start adding patients — EMERGY does the prioritization.
