Freeze a clear garment traveler, reconcile what finished good, rejected or needed re-hooping, and start the next reorder from the run your shop actually completed. BUILD THE FLOOR TRAVELER Plan a size × garment color × placement matrix, label the design revision, add stitch, thread, hoop and operator notes, then freeze a numbered traveler that stays unchanged. Print or share the operator-ready PDF whenever the floor needs it. CLOSE EVERY GARMENT CELL Record good, reject and unstarted quantities against the original plan. Keep re-hoop events separate so process evidence never changes the final garment count. Reasons and operator notes stay tied to the exact cell. RECONCILE BEFORE CLOSEOUT Every planned garment must resolve before the completed run can freeze. Save actual machine and active labor minutes, extra blanks and thread, then preserve corrections as new closeout versions instead of rewriting history. START REORDERS FROM REAL OUTCOMES Open a completed-run card, compare prior plan with final outcomes and reason deltas, then explicitly copy either the prior plan or good delivered into a new editable draft. The source run and copy choice remain visible. LOCAL, PORTABLE RECORDS Create traveler and completed-run PDFs, a stable cell-level CSV, and a checksum-bearing complete JSON backup. Validate restores before replacing anything. No account or cloud service is required. Embroidery Batch Card does not calculate quotes, prices, margins, inventory, schedules or staffing. It preserves the garment-run facts the operator records.
