SEE THE PATTERN Review daily totals, time between logs, hourly timing, seven-day trends, and a complete history. Supportive pace updates use simple on-device rules to help you notice when today differs from your usual pattern. TAKE A 90-DAY JOURNEY Move through an original path of short daily challenges across three chapters: Notice, Pause, and Choose. Earn Path XP, build Rhythm, and unlock badges by completing reflection exercises—not by hitting or avoiding a particular count. Missing a day never blocks your progress. LOG FROM WHEREVER YOU ARE Record an event from the iPhone app, an interactive Home Screen widget, or Apple Watch. Your selected pattern and history stay connected across your paired iPhone and Apple Watch. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH CONTEXT For Smoking, you can choose to view nearby read-only Apple Health readings as context. Emberless never writes Health data, uses it for diagnosis, or treats correlation as causation. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Emberless account. No ads. No third-party analytics. No developer server.
