Ember is a night out, not a feed. Rooms open at 5pm. Pick the pub you are sitting in from the list, or scan the QR on the table. You land in the room with the people who are in that pub right now, and nobody else. Move on to another pub and you are simply in that room instead, never a feed of strangers three towns away. Wave at someone. If they wave back it is a match, and at an Ember venue the pub covers the reward. You claim it together at the bar, so you have to walk up there side by side. That is the whole point. Every night starts fresh. Your profile stays. Waves, matches and who was in the room are wiped within a day of the room closing. WHAT YOU CAN DO - See who is in your pub tonight and what they are here for: making friends, hanging out, new to the area, up for a chat, or flirting - Wave, and match only when it is mutual.
