WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH emap • Ride public transport across the Basque Country: Metro Bilbao, Euskotren, Cercanías, Bilbobus, Bizkaibus, dbus, TUVISA, Lurraldebus and Álava Bus. • See live waiting times at metro, Euskotren, Bizkaibus, dbus and TUVISA stops — and the planned timetable when there is no real time. • Follow Bizkaibus buses live on the map and see every stop on your line. • Get door-to-door routes in 4 modes — car, public transport, bike and walking — with a recommended option that explains its reasons, plus alternatives. • Know your fare in advance: Barik in Bizkaia and official dbus, TUVISA and Euskotren fares. • Fine-tune the route: wheelchair-accessible, fewer transfers, fewer hills, leave now or arrive by a time, and intermediate stops. • Navigate with turn-by-turn guidance, voice prompts and a camera that follows your drive or walk. • Find the cheapest fuel near you, with official prices from Spain's MITECO and fuel-type filters. • Spot a free BilboMad bike, plus bike lanes and greenways. • Check traffic cameras and incidents, air quality, beaches, fountains, toilets, car parks, defibrillators and EV charge points. • Get a heads-up about Bilbao's Low Emission Zone when planning a drive. • Save home and work, and share any route with a link. • Use the map in standard, satellite or terrain view, 2D or 3D, light or dark. BASQUE, FOR REAL emap is not "translated" into Basque: it is written in Basque. The whole interface — including route instructions — works in Basque, Spanish and English. OPEN DATA, ALWAYS CREDITED All data comes from official open sources: Open Data Euskadi (Moveuskadi), the Bizkaia Transport Consortiilbao, MITECO, DGT, theProvincial Council of Bizkaia and OpenStreetMap. Sources and licences are public in the app and on the web. RADICAL PRIVACY No accounts, no third-party cookies, no analytics, no ads. Your location is processed on your device aare never stored. The fullprivacy policy fits on one screen. AN HONEST NOTE The public Bilbobus vehicle data since October 2024 (it affects every app). On those lines we show planned timetables. When the feed returns, live times will switch on by themselves.
