Email Signature Generator makes you a proper signature in about a minute. Fill in your details, pick a style, copy, paste. No design skills. No code. No subscription. THREE STEPS 1. Type in your details. 2. Pick a style. With your details in, every preview shows YOUR name and YOUR colour. 3. Copy it, then paste it into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other email app. WHAT GOES IN IT • 6 designs: Classic, Modern, Minimal, Bold, Stacked and Editorial. • Your brand colour, and 7 fonts that actually work in email. • Name, pronouns, job title, company, tagline, email, phone, mobile, website and location. • Your logo and your photo, in the designs that show them. • Social links — 21 platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, GitHub, WhatsApp and YouTube. • Small print, for a confidentiality notice or the company details some countries require. Logos and photos need to already be on the web — a link, not a file on your Mac. Email can't carry one from your computer. INSTALLING IT IS THE BIT THAT USUALLY GOES WRONG Most people paste their signature and it still doesn't show up. One setting decides that, and it's the easiest one to miss. • A button that opens Gmail's settings, Outlook or Apple Mail for you. • Steps written for your email app — including that setting. • Using something else, like Thunderbird, Spark, Proton Mail, Fastmail or HEY? You get different steps, so you replace the signature you already have instead of ending up with two. • "Doesn't look right?" explains the six things that surprise people most. • Or export an .html file and keep a copy. SEE IT THE WAY THEY WILL • The preview updates as you type, shown at the bottom of an email. • Switch between computer and phone width, and light and dark. • See it with images blocked — that's how plenty of people will meet you first. • Click any link to check it works. • Most phone numbers are tap-to-call for anyone reading on a phone. NEVER SEND THE OLD ONE BY MISTAKE Changed your job title and forgot to paste the new one in? The app tells you your email app is still sending the old version, with a Copy Again button right there. If you keep more than one signature, the list marks the ones that need re-copying. IT CHECKS YOUR WORK Before your readers do: a typo in your email or web address, a photo that will look stretched in Gmail and Outlook, an image link that won't load, a social row you haven't filled in, and a brand colour it adjusts to keep readable. ONE SIGNATURE ISN'T ALWAYS ENOUGH Work, personal, side business. Make as many as you like, duplicate one to create a variant in seconds, and switch between them anytime.
