WHAT ELVA CHAIRSIDE DOES • The note writes itself — Chairside drafts a complete, structured clinical note from the visit, ready for you to review and sign. • Chart by voice — Call out findings and chart the exam hands-free, without turning to a keyboard or a desktop monitor. • Treatment plans patients understand — Turn the plan into a clear picture of what the work is, what insurance covers, and what the patient actually pays. • A second pair of eyes — Chairside reads the chart and surfaces what might otherwise slip through: pending treatment, overdue care, gaps in the record. • A medical-history safety net — It flags medical-history items and potential interactions for the team to verify. Flags are prompts for a clinician to check — never a diagnosis or a decision. • Capture once, filed right — Photograph cards, IDs, and documents once; Chairside routes them to the right place instead of a paper pile. • A clear view of the day — See who's in, what's scheduled, and what needs attention before you walk into the room. • Ask anything — Pull up a patient's history, a policy, or a past note by asking, in plain language. BUILT FOR THE OPERATORY Most dental software was designed for a front-desk monitor and a mouse. Chairside was built for where care actually happens: standing, gloved, beside the patient, on an iPad. It is voice-native, not a desktop tool with voice bolted on. WORKS WITH YOUR PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Once you connect your practice management system, Chairside reads from and writes back to it with a two-way sync — including Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental. Your note and your chart land where the rest of your team already works. Nothing syncs as final until the doctor signs. PRIVACY & SECURITY Chairside is built for HIPAA compliance, with a Business Associate Agreement available. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected at the device level.
