ELSan is the management and documentation software for medical support at events. From team registration and dispatching of individual deployments to a complete incident log, ELSan maps the entire process of providing medical support – for medical services, aid organizations, and civil protection agencies. ELSan is intended exclusively for organizations providing medical support at events. The app cannot be used without an activation code from the organization's own command center; an independent account cannot be created without an existing organization. What ELSan does for emergency responders: – Sign in and out of shifts, staff teams, set radio paging system status – Receive incidents and direct messages from the dispatch center, with an alert tone even when muted – Record patient logs and vital signs during the incident – Document transport: destination hospital, vehicle, transport code – Map showing teams, locations, and incidents, even without a network connection What ELSan does for incident commanders: – Overview of all teams, incidents, and locations at the event – Direct messages to individual teams or personnel, with priority level and acknowledgment – Complete, unalterable incident log for the entire event ELSan is a documentation and command tool. The app does not evaluate vital signs, make diagnoses, or provide treatment recommendations – it records what the emergency responder on-site observes and decides. All professional assessments remain the responsibility of the medical personnel. Built for areas with no mobile signal: Input is stored locally and automatically transferred as soon as a network connection is available. The map also works completely offline with a pre-loaded map section. Large target areas, high contrast, and a dedicated dark mode make ELSan usable with gloves and in any lighting conditions. ELSan processes personal and health-related data solely for documentation purposes and within our own organization. No data is used for advertising purposes, and no data is shared with third parties.
