Elite Zport is the official time and attendance app for Elite Zport (Colombia) employees. HOW IT WORKS • Clock in and out in seconds at the entrance kiosk using facial recognition or your personal PIN. • View your day: shifts, accumulated hours, and job description. • Track your pay in real time: hours, days worked, and estimated pay. • Review your past pay history. FOR ADMINISTRATORS • Dashboard with daily indicators and notifications for each clock-in. • Employee management, rates, and kiosk device management. • Daily log and clock-in correction with full audit trail. • Payroll reports exportable to PDF and Excel, and payroll closing. PRIVACY AND BIOMETRICS Facial recognition is optional and requires express signed consent (Law 1581 of 2012). The app does NOT store photos of your face: it converts them into an encrypted numerical code used only to confirm your identity when dialing. You can revoke your consent at any time from your profile—your facial code is immediately deleted, and you continue dialing with your PIN. Internal use only: accounts are created by the company administrator.
