This app shows you the increase or decrease of the amount for a specified amount and a percentage, this even recurring like a compound interest calculation. Alternatively, it shows you the resulting percentage for a given starting value and a given target value. The app also shows the percentage that will be used to undo a given increase or decrease. For example, a 25% increase is reversed by a 20% decrease. Since the app clearly shows you the percentage values and the resulting intermediate results, the relationships are clearly illustrated in the percentage calculation. As an added bonus, the app shows you an overview of math symbols and other symbols that you may not find on your keyboard. You can then copy these characters from the overview to paste them into another app (e.g. into an email).
