eFarm Manager – Professional Farm Management eFarm Manager is a comprehensive mobile application designed for livestock farmers – goats, sheep, cattle, pigs, and other species. Regardless of farm size, the app helps with daily herd management, finances, and breeding documentation. HERD MANAGEMENT Electronic animal records with a complete history of each individual – ear tag number, date of birth, weight, photos, and notes. The app supports ear tag scanning via QR codes, barcodes, Bluetooth/USB RFID readers, and NFC technology. Organize your herd into groups by pasture, yard, or production category. Archive the history of sold, dead, or transferred animals, maintaining full documentation for official purposes. BREEDING AND REPRODUCTION The breeding and calving calendar allows you to plan breeding in advance. Record pregnancies, calvings, and track the milk yield of each animal. Generate productivity reports comparing animals by milk, weight gain, and maintenance costs. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING Complete accounting of farm costs – feed, medicines, veterinary services, electricity, repairs, and renovations. Record income from the sale of animals, milk, dairy products, and meat. Charts and summaries show farm profitability over time. Financial reports can be generated monthly, quarterly, or annually by category. Export all documents to PDF for accounting and billing purposes. REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION The application generates inventory reports showing the current herd status, and productivity reports highlighting the best animals. DATA IMPORT AND EXPORT Importing animals from CSV and Excel files speeds up data transfer from other systems. You can import animals from the IRZplus database. Synchronization between devices allows you to work simultaneously on your phone and tablet. EMPLOYEE SYSTEM Add accounts for farm helpers. Assign permissions and roles to control access to specific functions. Each employee logs in with their own PIN. SECURITY AND SYNCHRONIZATION Data is synchronized with a secure cloud. Login via Google or Apple ID ensures convenience and security. MULTILANGULAR The application is available in Polish, English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian. The interface automatically adapts to your phone's system settings. DICTIONARIES AND DATABASES Pre-built dictionaries include popular farm animal breeds.
