eduMovo is your app that encourages you to promote your health. Use our program developed by experts to help you improve your health step by step. We offer you different programs for different indications (e.g. multiple sclerosis, COPD). Each program is designed to be holistic and combines therapy exercises, seminars, training and relaxation exercises with regular personal contact. With the help of individualized exercise therapy, you can flexibly incorporate exercise into your daily routine and maintain and further improve your health over the long term. Our learning courses help you expand your health literacy and incorporate valuable strategies for a healthy life into your everyday life. Integrate physical activity flexibly into everyday life The exercise offering in the eduMovo app is designed as a program that is independent of where you live. There are numerous training modules available to increase strength and endurance that can be flexibly integrated into everyday life. You only need a few utensils for training, so all exercises can be carried out from home or on the go. Benefit from individual support You can chat or video chat with your personal supervisor using the eduMovo app. You can use exercise feedback to record the severity and pain level for each exercise. The supervisor adapts the content of your program individually to your self-assessments and your progress. We regularly seek your feedback on our program to ensure that you enjoy and advance our content. Increase general health literacy By using learning courses, the eduMovo app creates awareness of the importance of long-term, stable health. You will experience how you can effectively improve or maintain your state of health. Our learning courses introduce you to topics such as relaxation and stress management. eduMovo is based on the e-health platform Curafida, which is a certified Class 1 medical device according to MPDG and certified according to the ISO/IEC 27001:2017 standard.
