Store description excerpt
The Environmental Degradation of Materials in Nuclear Environments conference, affectionately referred to as Environmental Deg by its long-time attendees, has been supporting the nuclear industry for 40 years. This biannual meeting provides the opportunity for international researchers and representatives from laboratories, academia, industry, and regulatory to discuss all topics relating to materials degradation in nuclear power plants. While historically it has had a focus on water reactors, it now looks to support research of degradation mechanisms of all reactor technologies, where knowledge and expertise can be shared across the industry.
