Ecomplug Seller is the official mobile companion for existing Ecomplug merchants. This is a business administration app for store owners who already have an Ecomplug seller account. It is not a shopping app for consumers. Manage your online store from your iPhone: • Native shortcuts to Home, Orders, Create, Products, and More • Push notifications for order alerts • Sign in with your existing Ecomplug seller account • Switch between stores easily • Native Settings: sign out, privacy policy, support, and account options • Account deletion available in-app (Settings → Delete account) • Offline detection before loading your store • External links open in Safari, not inside the app WHAT YOU CAN DO • View your store dashboard and manage orders • Add and manage products (photo uploads supported) • Handle inventory, customers, and store settings • Receive push alerts for new orders and updates IMPORTANT • You must already have an Ecomplug seller account to use this app • This app is for merchants (business store owners), not end customers • No in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features • No payments are collected inside the app • Product images can be uploaded from Photo Library or Files (photos only) SECURITY • Secure web session — same login as ecomplug.com • Sign out clears your session from the app • Host allowlist — only Ecomplug domains load in-app Support: support@ecomplug.com
