Store description excerpt

Blossom with your SMOP, at your own pace. Éclore is a gentle app for women living with SMOP — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, the name adopted in 2026 for what used to be called PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). Everything here is designed to keep you company day to day, with no pressure and no judgement. Éclore is completely free. Everything is open, for everyone. About a hundred recipes that suit you Gentle and tasty, with what to swap in when gluten or dairy doesn't agree with you. Portions adjust, your loved recipes stay one tap away, and your shopping list sorts itself by supermarket aisle. Understanding what's on your plate Scan a barcode to read a product's label, photograph your dish to have it recognised, or simply start from what's left in your fridge. Every food has its illustrated page: what it brings you, what's worth knowing, and what to use instead when you feel like it. A library to understand Short lessons you can read or listen to, a quiz of the day, and thirty-nine plainly written guides. Every page tells you where the information comes from, and the scientific sources are gathered in your profile. The topics you choose Éclore starts from SMOP, and you add what concerns you: the days before your period, coming off the pill, around birth, trying to conceive. You can change your mind whenever you like. Tracking that looks like you Your cycle and your symptoms, your mood, your pill organiser, your morning-to-evening routine, your glass of water, and your supplements sorted into families with the precautions placed first. Your notebook keeps your appointments and the questions to ask, your prescriptions, your test results and their curves, and exports to PDF when you want to show them. A community that understands Share a meal, a word, a day, surrounded by women going through the same thing. Private messaging, groups, a directory of professionals. Reporting and blocking are available at any time, and the tab can be hidden if you would rather keep to yourself. Gentle movement and breathing Short guided sessions, three-minute breathing exercises, and small games to take a breather. On every screen Éclore works on iPhone and iPad, with an Apple Watch app and a Home Screen widget. In landscape on tablet, the page uses the full width and the menus move to the left. Light or dark mode, and several colour moods. In your language Éclore speaks seven languages: French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Arabic, with right-to-left layout. Your data is yours Your data is hosted in Europe. At any time you can change your password, erase your health data or delete your account from within the app. The vault locks sensitive sections behind your fingerprint or your face. Nothing is sold, nothing feeds advertising. Connecting to Apple Health is optional: the app works perfectly well without it. And if you would rather take a look first, Discovery mode lets you visit without creating an account. Good to know Éclore
