ECHOSPHÄRE is a mobile application for composing and managing attractive and consistent tasks that are created by one or more participants, continuously enriched with information and supported until completion. Loss of information when passing on tasks is minimized by the app. The functionality includes a largely automated documentation function about the task composition process and at the same time facilitates the documentation of interim and final work results by all responsible processors. In addition, the application allows everyone involved to have an insight into the documented status and processing status of a task at any time and automates reporting when the task status changes. Reporting and delegation chains become visible and delays in reporting are effectively reduced. The focus of ECHOSPHÄRE is your task as a relevant object. All other entities such as people, groups or projects are functionally subordinate to the task. ECHOSPHERE is a tool for managing personnel and is dedicated to the numerous and often unforeseen tasks that are part of everyday life in project management in numerous industries.
