WHO STILL OWES RENT See collected versus expected for the current week at a glance, with every resident's status. Partial payments show as partial, not paid. Record cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or a check in a couple of taps. Send a reminder without composing a message. YOUR BED BOARD Every room, every bed, who is in it, and what is open. Move a resident between beds and occupancy updates everywhere. Know your real vacancy before you answer the phone about an intake. RANDOM DRUG SCREENING WITH A HISTORY Log a UA in seconds. Ebby tracks the cadence per resident and shows you who is current, due, and overdue, so screening stays genuinely random instead of accidentally predictable. Results build a running history you can actually produce later. OVERNIGHT PASSES WITH A TRAIL Approve or deny a pass, with the destination and contact on the record. New residents automatically require a second approval. Every decision is dated and attributable. THE RESIDENT PICTURE Rent rate, move-in date, sobriety date and days clean, contact details, payment history, test history, and passes — on one screen instead of four places. REPORTS YOU CAN HAND SOMEONE Occupancy, collections, retention, and a weekly cash tie-out. The numbers a certification body, an accountant, or a referral partner asks for. DROP IN A DOCUMENT AND SKIP THE TYPING Getting started is usually the worst part. Photograph your rent sheet, or drop in a spreadsheet or PDF, and Ebby reads it and proposes your roster — names, rent, beds, move-in dates. You review and correct every row before anything is saved.
