New service replaced and eradicated public auctions and all related problems. As a result of electronic auctions procedures of buying or selling the property have been simplified, bureaucratic procedures were abolished and transparent system of trade process was created. Reforms prove to be successful, the population quickly adapted to the new and simple system.
