KNOW WHAT IS LEFT TODAY See confirmed intake, your daily plan and optional activity data in one calm view. REVIEW BEFORE YOU LOG Meal analysis is an estimate, not an exact measurement. Correct foods, portions, energy and nutrition details before confirmation. FOLLOW THE TREND Record daily weight and view useful weekly and longer-term trends without judging one individual day. OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH With your permission, EatLose can use selected Apple Health information such as weight, steps, active energy and resting energy. Manual meal and weight logging remain available without Apple Health. ENGLISH AND SIMPLIFIED CHINESE Choose the language in EatLose or follow the system language. PRIVACY AND CONTROL AI analysis is optional. Raw Apple Health records are not sent to the AI service. Meal photos are used only for the analysis you request and are not kept as part of your diary. EatLose is intended for adults aged 18 and over and provides general wellness guidance. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Free includes core meal, weight and trend features.
