Our app includes Freedom from binge eating online workshops, support chat rooms, we connect you with diet buddies, meal plans, shopping lists, 200 beginner workout videos, excellent goal setting tools, 200 freedom from binge eating recipes, coaching, podcasts and more! EatGood uses Apple Health Kit to help you track your daily steps and record them to your profile. To enable this feature, login to your profile, go to Setting, Optional Setting and tab on the option to “Enable Apple Health.” Join us and you will transform into the healthiest, fittest and happiest version of yourself.
