Snap a pic of your plate, EasyVitals figures the rest out: adds up the calories, protein, carbs, and fat, logs it, and syncs everything to and from Apple Health. Or... scan a barcode. That's even FASTER. Or just type "two eggs and toast" while the coffee brews. Workouts sync from smart devices like scales, bikes, rowers... and smart apps like sleep, Apple Watch metrics, and so on. Or you can add your own workouts like "20 pushups". EasyVitals combines your profile data with exercise info to estimate the burn. Logging is the thing you'll do twenty times a week, so it's the fastest thing in the app. LOG STRAIGHT FROM THE LOCK SCREEN OR HOME Widgets take you straight to the camera or the scanner, from your Home Screen or your Lock Screen. One tap and you're logging. TODAY, AT A GLANCE Today starts with a short summary: what you ate, what you burned, where you netted out. Under it, tiles for the numbers you care about. Calories, protein, weight, sleep, steps. Show the ones you want. Ignore the rest. IN SYNC WITH APPLE HEALTH Workouts, steps, sleep, weight, and heart rate come in from Apple Health on their own. The meals you log go back out. Nothing gets entered twice. THE WEEKS ADD UP Charts of weight, intake, and movement over time. That's it. No score. NO STREAKS There are no streaks in EasyVitals. No badges, no "we miss you" notifications, no red numbers scolding you. A rest day is a rest day, not a broken chain.
