EasySign is an independent app developed by Welbits. It is not an official app, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Spanish government or any public administration, and it does not replace free official procedures: it is a client for using your own DNIe or your own certificate from your iPhone. Need to sign a PDF or finish an online form? EasySign lets you use your digital certificate on iPhone or iPad. On a compatible iPhone, you can also use your Spanish DNIe over NFC without a USB reader. ONE PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION Add your certificates and review documents for free. Signing your documents or identifying yourself on supported services requires a one-time lifetime purchase. That purchase works on iPhone, iPad and Mac using the same App Store account. You can restore it in Settings. You can also try signing the app's demonstration document without buying. This demo does not unlock free signing for your own documents. SIGN WITH YOUR CERTIFICATE Import your .p12 or .pfx certificate, open the PDF and check the document before signing. Then save the signed copy wherever you prefer. The signature is created on your device, with optional timestamping and long-term validity options where available. VISIBLE SIGNATURES When signing a PDF in the app, you can add an optional visible signature. Choose a design, customize its appearance, and preview its placement before signing. USE YOUR SPANISH DNIe ON IPHONE Add your DNIe and follow the steps to hold it against your iPhone. You need a compatible card, its credentials and an NFC-capable iPhone. This feature is not available on iPad or Mac. Identification and signing depend on the government service's compatibility. SUPPORTED AUTOFIRMA REQUESTS Open the service in the app's browser. When it requests a supported signature, review the request, choose your certificate and approve it before continuing. Support varies between services; help and examples are available at firmafacil.app/en/guides. YOUR PRIVATE KEYS, PROTECTED Imported certificates are stored in your device's protected Keychain. DNIe private keys stay on the card. Welbits does not receive your private keys or documents, and you do not need an account. Completing a procedure exchanges the necessary information with the relevant service and, where applicable, services such as a timestamp authority. EasySign does not issue certificates or renew DNIe cards. You need your own certificate or DNIe for real procedures.
