EasyPolice Almyros is a field tool for municipal police and traffic-enforcement officers. Its core purpose is to alert officers, in real time, to nearby parking violations and changes in parking-spot status across their patrol area — so they can respond to illegal parking and overdue parking sessions as they happen. Real-time nearby-violation alerts (requires background location): The app continuously matches an officer's current location against live parking-spot and violation data for the municipality. When a violation occurs near the officer — illegal parking, an expired/overdue parking session, or a change in a monitored spot — the app pushes an alert about that location, even when the app is running in the background or the screen is off during patrol. This continuous, location-aware matching is the app's central function; without background location the app cannot route nearby violations to the right officer and cannot perform its primary job. Key features: Live alerts for nearby parking violations and overdue parking sessions Continuous monitoring of parking-spot status changes in the officer's area Location-aware routing of incidents to the closest on-duty officer Designed for municipal enforcement teams using issued/managed devices EasyPolice Almyros is provided to authorized municipal personnel through accounts issued on their official work devices. Officers are informed of, and consent to, location tracking as part of their enforcement duties. This app collects location data to enable real-time nearby-violation alerts even when the app is closed or not in use. Location data is used solely for parking-enforcement dispatch and is not sold or shared.
