EasyOffer POS Waiter is the table-side companion to the EasyOffer point-of-sale system. It is staff software for restaurants, bars and cafés that already run the EasyOffer register on site. It talks only to the EasyOffer hub on the venue’s own Wi-Fi network. Orders go straight from the waiter’s phone to the register and the kitchen display, on site, without passing through the internet at all. Waiters take the order at the table on their own phone. The moment they hit send, it lands on the register and the kitchen display — no walking back to the till, no paper tickets, no re-typing an order someone scribbled down. HOW IT WORKS • Sign in with your business code and personal PIN. • Pick a table, or start a takeaway order. • Tap products to add them. One tap, one item. Items with sizes or options open a quick chooser. • Adjust quantities and add a note on the review screen. • Send to kitchen. BUILT FOR A BUSY ROOM • Large tap targets, readable at a glance, usable one-handed while carrying a tray. • Live floor plan: see at a glance which tables are free and which are occupied, with the running total on each occupied table. • Move an order from one table to another. • Take payment by cash or card and print a fiscal receipt on the register. • Multi-language interface. REQUIREMENTS — PLEASE READ This app does not work on its own. It requires an existing EasyOffer installation: the phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the venue's EasyOffer hub, and a manager must enter the hub's address and the business code on the device once before staff can sign in. Without an EasyOffer venue to connect to, there is nothing for the app to show. Orders never leave the venue's own network — the app talks only to the EasyOffer hub running on site, never to a third party.
