Easy Habits helps you build and maintain daily routines with a clean, focused interface. SET TIMED HABITS Create habits with built-in countdown timers for reading, meditation, focused work, and more. On supported devices, timers appear as Live Activities on your Lock Screen. TRACK WORKOUTS Build custom workouts with exercises, sets, reps, and weights. Use the built-in rest stopwatch and review your progress over time. APPLE HEALTH Optionally write logged strength-training workouts to Apple Health after your workout session ends. Easy Habits does not read your Health data or transmit HealthKit data to Lokko Labs. CHECK OFF DAILY TASKS Create simple check-off habits for drinking water, journaling, taking vitamins, and anything else you want to do consistently. RECONCILE PAST DAYS Correct a previous day’s habit status from Stats when you completed something but forgot to record it. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Review weekly, monthly, yearly, and all-time statistics. Track streaks, workout progress, and daily completion patterns. PRIVACY FIRST Your habits, timers, and workout records are stored locally on your device. No account is required, and Easy Habits does not transmit your personal data to Lokko Labs servers. Apple Health integration is optional and controlled through your Health permissions.
