The processing chain measures the source, applies static gain to land on target, then runs the audio through a look-ahead true-peak limiter so no inter-sample peak exceeds -1 dBTP. A second refine pass corrects the residual offset the limiter introduces, so the final file lands exactly on target — not "close enough". This is the same loudness pipeline broadcast engineers run on dedicated hardware, on a phone you already own, without a subscription.
