Earwyn plays the audiobooks you already own. Point it at a folder, a .zip, a handful of loose files, or a share on your own network - then press play. Everything stays on your device, works offline, and answers to nobody. BRING IN WHAT YOU OWN • Import a folder of audio files, a .zip archive that unpacks itself, or single .m4b, .mp3, .m4a, .aac, .flac, .ogg, .opus and .wav files • Send files to Earwyn from Files, Mail, or any other app's share sheet • Browse an SMB network share - your NAS, your home server and download whole folders for offline listening BUILT FOR LONG LISTENS • Every book remembers its own place, down to the chapter and the second • Every book remembers its own speed, anywhere from 0.8× to 3× • Skip forward and back by an interval you choose — press and hold either button to change it without leaving the player • Sleep timer: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or the end of the current chapter • Books mark themselves finished near the end, or mark them yourself • A waveform you can scrub, and a chapter list you can jump around in ONE LONG FILE? DIVIDE IT. Some audiobooks arrive as a single six-hour file with no chapters at all. Earwyn can divide one into even 30, 45, 60 or 90-minute pieces, so it becomes something you can actually navigate. Change your mind and it goes back. IN THE CAR AND ON THE LOCK SCREEN CarPlay, plus full lock-screen and Control Center transport with cover art. Playback keeps going in the background, as it should. QUIET BY DESIGN No account. No subscription. No ads. No analytics. No servers. There is nothing to sign in to and nothing to send anywhere - your library is simply a folder on your phone, and Earwyn is the thing that plays it. Earwyn does not sell, supply or stream audiobooks. It plays files you already have.
