E2 scan is a simple and secure mobile application intended for users of accounting agencies who want to quickly and efficiently submit data from fiscal accounts. The application allows scanning the QR code from the fiscal account issued in the Republic of Serbia and automatically sending the data to the electronic portal for the exchange of accounting documentation "E2 records". In this way, it facilitates the transfer of the necessary information, speeds up records and eliminates the need to send invoices by e-mail or physically. Key functionalities: • Scan the QR code from the fiscal account with the phone's camera • Automatic control that the fiscal account belongs to the assigned company • Secure data transfer to the portal of the accounting agency • User login through a previously assigned username and password • Fast and simple interface suitable for all users Why use E2 scan? • Efficiency: Scanning takes only a few seconds. • Security: Access to the application is protected by a user account, and data is sent via a secure connection. • Reliability: No local data storage, which reduces the risk of misuse. • Time saving: No need to manually enter or photograph receipts. How does it work? 1. Log in using the username and password you received from your accounting agency. 2. Scan the QR code from the fiscal account using the phone's camera. 3. The application automatically recognizes the data and sends it directly to the portal of your accounting agency. 4. After sending, the data is deleted from the device - nothing is stored locally. Technical requirements: • An active Internet connection is necessary to send data. • Permission is required to use the camera. Note: The application can only be used by clients who have user accounts to access the portal of the accounting agency.
