e-Zap Health is a personal health journal and organisation app which helps you record, organise and review information you enter about symptoms, diagnoses, medication, appointments, tests, scans, procedures, diet and wellbeing. The app is intended for personal healthcare organisation and appointment preparation. Information entered by users is not verified or confirmed by e-Zap Health or a healthcare professional, and user health information is saved locally to their device. ACCESS e-Zap Health is free to download. New Android users must make a one-time in-app purchase to unlock full app access. This is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges. Existing eligible users retain access without repurchasing. FEATURES • Log symptoms and updates, including severity, frequency and body location • Record medicines, diagnoses, procedures, tests, scans and appointments • Link related records and review them in health timelines and the Health Calendar • Record diet, wellbeing and other personal health information • Store and organise medical images and documents on your device • Create user-controlled appointment-preparation summaries and PDFs • Review charts generated from the information you have recorded PULSE AI Pulse is an optional AI-assisted organisational feature. When you actively request a Pulse review, it uses selected structured information from your records to generate: • summaries of user-entered records • chronology and record-link overviews • organisational observations • questions you may choose to discuss with a healthcare professional Pulse output is not reviewed by a clinician and may be incomplete or inaccurate. It must not be used to make medical, medication, treatment or emergency-care decisions. PRIVACY Your main health record and uploaded images are stored locally on your device. e-Zap Health does not maintain a centralised database containing your complete personal health record. If you choose to use Pulse, selected structured health information is sent over encrypted connections to contracted service providers solely to generate the response you requested. Uploaded images and documents are not sent to Pulse in the current version. Authentication and limited technical, security and usage metadata may also be processed by service providers.
