E-dimnjačar is an application that enables citizens to communicate easily and directly with providers of chimney sweeping services. Citizens are given the opportunity to view the schedule of chimney sweep services, send questions or documents to the chimney sweep service provider. All users of this application can use the E-mail service to receive documents, communicate with each other, and save documents. Virtual e-mail service based on the GDPR regulation, frees users from the use of their personal data and any control over the use of this service and mobile application. Features provided by the mobile application - mobile application for direct communication between chimney sweep service providers and citizens in the city or municipality, - presentation of basic information about the schedule of chimney sweeping services, - publication and review of notices by providers of chimney sweeping services for a specific city or municipality, - the possibility of sending questions to the concessionaire of chimney sweeping services, - e-mail for sending and exchanging documents between the chimney sweep service and citizens, - sending citizens' questions to the chimney sweep service, as well as monitoring the dynamics of answering questions, - informing citizens about the upcoming day when individual chimney sweeping services are performed according to the schedule. The application was developed with the aim of improving the quality of life of citizens in their communities. The mobile application is part of the HRcity system, an independent and transparent system intended for the digitization of cities and municipalities in Croatia.
