SPOT RED FLAGS See potential issues around traffic, major roads, nightlife, railways, construction, waste areas, and other everyday signals that can affect how it feels to live there. FIND GREEN SIGNALS DwellScore also highlights helpful nearby features like parks and greenery, so you can compare tradeoffs instead of guessing from photos alone. USE THE MAP, NOT JUST A NUMBER The result includes a map view with nearby features, distances, and a clear summary of what helped or hurt the score. BUILT FOR HOUSING DECISIONS Use DwellScore before renting, buying, booking a long stay, or shortlisting neighborhoods. It is a practical second check for the location around the home, not the apartment interior. DwellScore Pro unlocks full location checks after onboarding. A subscription is required to evaluate addresses. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
