When action is taken, the person who raised the complaint is notified too — keeping everyone informed at every step. 🧹 Cleaning Duty Management School staff responsible for cleaning and maintenance can log daily duty reports, track completion status by floor and location, and export detailed records. 👥 Role-Based Access - Complainants: submit complaints instantly, no account needed - Incharge: manage complaints and cleaning duties for their assigned department/floor - Engineer: get notified about complaints in their area of expertise - HOD & Admin: full visibility across all departments, complaints, and staff 🔒 Secure & Private All staff accounts are protected with encrypted passwords.
