DSP Pilot Driver puts everything you need for the day in one place — your route, your bags, your messages, and your performance. Built for delivery drivers, by people who run a delivery business. IMPORTANT: You need an account from your delivery company to use this app. There is no public sign-up. If your company doesn't use DSP Pilot yet, ask them about it. YOUR ROUTE, BEFORE YOU WALK IN Open the app and see your staging bay, your route code, and every bag you're loading — by color and number, in load order, with the sort zone and package count for each one. Oversize and overflow are listed separately by sticker zone, so nothing gets missed at the end of the line. No more hunting for a printed sheet or squinting at a photo of one. MESSAGES WITH YOUR DISPATCHER Your morning dispatch, wave times, staging lanes and any updates during the day arrive right in the app. Reply directly. Attach a photo of vehicle damage, a delivery problem, or paperwork — take it in the app and send it in one step. Notifications tell you the moment something arrives, and tapping one opens the exact screen it's about. COACHING AND COUNSELING NOTICES See any notice your company has sent you, read it in full, and sign it right from your phone. Your acknowledgement is recorded with the date and time. No paperwork at the station, no wondering whether it was received. YOUR WEEKLY PERFORMANCE See your weekly score and exactly what moved it — every deduction itemized, and a clean week called out as a clean week. Track where you rank, what improved since last week, and which categories you finished with no deductions at all. BUILT FOR A PHONE YOU USE AT WORK Optional Face ID or Touch ID lock keeps your messages, route and notices private if your phone is handed around or left in the van. It's off by default and takes one tap to turn on — and there's always a way in with your password. PRIVACY DSP Pilot Driver does not track you. There is no advertising, no analytics SDK, and the app never requests your location. What it holds is what your employer already holds: your work messages, your route, and your performance record.
