DSD Assist is a complete integrated suite of cloud based solutions for Food and Beverage firms, allowing clients to improve their sales and delivery processes. DSD Sales is component of the overall solution, used by sales representatives visiting customers in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) sales process. DSD Sales reduces the time spent on administration tasks, while providing the tools for the sales representatives to be more effective in store with improved management reporting. Key Functions Customer Management – Contacts, Pricing, Diary and Notes Sales – Upsell opportunities, history, orders, free goods Merchandising – distribution range checks and flexible surveys Promotions – deals and compliance Assets – Fridge, freezer and other in-store asset management DSD Sales is designed to work in conjunction with other DSD Assist products to enhance customer service, improve sales force effectiveness and reduce costs DSD Sales connects with the DSD Connects portal which in turn integrates with your ERP system. Without DSD Connect the application will not function correctly
