Trips offered through On Demand are designed to connect customers with scheduled buses for onward travel, where available. For specific operating areas, times and eligibility, please visit DurhamRegionTransit.com or contact the DRT Customer Service Centre at 1-866-247-0055. With the On Demand app you can: Plan your transit trips, including both scheduled bus routes and On Demand service. Book On Demand rides. Track the location of your vehicle as your pickup approaches. Get picked up from a nearby stop. Share your ride with others. Manage upcoming On Demand trips The service is… Stop-to-stop in urban areas of Durham Region and will meet you at your curb or the end of your driveway in rural areas. The scheduling system matches people headed in the same direction. This means we can keep wait times down and service hours up.
