Drone Pilot ADS-B gives you real-time airspace awareness on your iPhone or iPad — purpose-built for drone pilots and Part 107 operators. The app is free. Maps, TFRs, LAANC grids, weather radar, wind, obstacles, power lines and pipelines all work with no receiver, no subscription and no account. Live ADS-B traffic is the one feature that needs hardware. A pilotADSB receiver includes a free 1-year license and activates itself the first time you connect. You can also build your own (DIY) or use any compatible Stratux unit — those connect with a subscription. This app is not an internet flight tracker; live traffic comes from a receiver, not the internet. Connects via Bluetooth or WiFi. (Position can come from the ADSB GPS or your device's GPS — your choice.) LIVE ADS-B TRAFFIC See nearby manned aircraft in real time. Know who is sharing your airspace before and during every flight. TFR ALERTS Current Temporary Flight Restrictions loaded automatically. Flying in an active TFR is a federal violation — stay informed.
