DroiDrop is a file-transfer app built for Mac and Android. Connect an Android phone or tablet to see Mac files and Android files side by side. Browse folders, drag items across, or use copy and paste to transfer in either direction—without command-line setup or a cloud upload. What you can do • Transfer files between Mac and Android in both directions • Drag and drop or use ⌘C / ⌘V • Connect reliably with a USB data cable • Pair by QR code through Android Wireless debugging • Connect manually with an IP address and port • Browse Android folders, inspect files, and delete unwanted items • Follow transfer progress and stop an active transfer • Use built-in Android connection and troubleshooting guidance Files stay local DroiDrop requires no account and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking. Files move only between the Mac and Android device you connect. They are not relayed through a developer-operated server or automatically uploaded to the cloud. Getting connected For first-time setup, connect your Android device with a USB data cable, then enable Developer options and USB debugging. For wireless transfers, enable Wireless debugging and keep the Mac and Android device on the same Wi-Fi network.
