Dreamwork is a guided space for reflecting on your own dreams in a Jungian spirit. It helps you slow down, notice a dream's structure, follow your personal associations, and write the meaning you take from it. A guided reflection • Record the dream, how it felt at the beginning and end, and the image that stays with you. • See the dream framed as a four-part drama. • Add your own associations before considering any parallels. • Explore possible readings and reflective questions, presented as invitations rather than verdicts. • Write your own reflection and save it to your journal. Your dream series Return to saved dreams, revisit your reflections, and notice recurring images, motifs, image pairings, and felt shifts across the series. Controls for your data Saved dreams are kept in the app's local database on your iPhone. You can add an optional passphrase lock, export your journal as JSON through the iOS share sheet, delete one dream, or delete everything. AI processing When you request an interpretation, Dreamwork sends the disclosed dream fields to the Dreamwork service and Anthropic's Claude API. The app asks for consent first.
