DreamHome Driver is the delivery app used by drivers working for Dhammatek Limited. It replaces paper run sheets: your assigned route arrives on your phone, and every stop is completed and evidenced in the app. A DreamHome account is required. Accounts are issued by your transport office — you cannot register from inside the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See today's route — every stop in running order, with the delivery window and an estimated arrival time for each one, updated as the day progresses. • Check your load before you leave — scan parcel barcodes against the manifest so a missing or wrong item is caught at the depot instead of at the customer's door. • Navigate to each stop — open the address in Apple Maps with one tap. • Complete a delivery — capture a photo, take the customer's signature on screen, and record who received it. Add a note or a reason if a delivery can't be completed. • Report a failed or refused delivery, so the office can reschedule it straight away. • Keep working without signal — stops completed offline are stored on the device and sent automatically once you're back in coverage. Nothing is lost in a black spot. • Get told about changes — a new route, a re-sequenced run or a cancelled stop arrives as a notification. • Vehicle checks and an end-of-day summary of what you delivered. LOCATION While you are signed in, the app shares your location with your transport office so they can see your progress and give customers accurate arrival times. This continues in the background — while the app is minimised, the phone is locked, or the app has been closed — because a route is driven with the phone in a cradle, not held open.
