Manage your shifts, accept assigned trips, navigate to patients, and get paid — all in one place. KEY FEATURES • Shift management — clock in/out, complete pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections with photos. • Trip workflow — receive assigned trips, navigate to pickup and drop-off, confirm passengers, and capture signatures. • Live trip tracking — share your location with dispatch in real time during active trips. • Earnings & reimbursements — track pay and submit fuel/expense reimbursements. • Team chat & calling — stay in touch with dispatch and your team. • Incident reporting — document and report incidents on the road. LOCATION TRACKING & FOREGROUND SERVICE While you have an active trip in progress, Dream Care Driver uses a foreground service to continuously share your location with the dispatch center — even when the app is in the background or your phone is locked. This powers real-time dispatch monitoring for passenger safety, accurate live ETAs for riders, and trip verification. A persistent notification is shown the entire time location is being shared, and tracking stops automatically as soon as your trip ends. Location is shared only with your dispatch team. This app is for authorized Dream Care drivers and requires a driver account to sign in.
