Dr. Atende Pro is the clinic team's app. It doesn't replace the computer panel—it handles what needs to be done remotely. WHEN A PATIENT REQUESTS HUMAN ASSISTANCE The WhatsApp assistant handles most conversations automatically. When someone asks to speak to a person, reception is notified immediately—on the computer and, for those who want, also on their cell phone. The queue shows how many minutes each person has been waiting, a summary of their needs, and leads directly to the WhatsApp conversation. TODAY'S SCHEDULE Arrive at the clinic and know what's on today without turning on the computer. Time, patient, exam or consultation, room, and payment method. Mark as attended or cancel with two taps, and the change appears instantly for those on the panel. DELAY NOTIFICATION Stuck in traffic? Notify reception how late you'll be in three taps. Reception sees it immediately, and patients in the coming hours are notified on their app. When you tap "I've arrived," the same people receive a notification that their delay is over, along with how much time is left until their appointment—so no one misses their appointment because of the notification. CLOSE THE SCHEDULE Vacation, conference, or unforeseen event: choose the period and see, before confirming, exactly which appointments will be affected. Cancel them all at once, if necessary. PATIENT RECORD Tap on the name, on any screen, and see the phone number, last appointments, and the doctor's order that the person sent via WhatsApp. WHO IT'S FOR For clinics and offices that use Dr. Atende. It is necessary to have an account created by your clinic's administration—the application does not create registrations.
