HOW DOPI WORKS • Choose the apps and websites Dopi should protect. • Complete a movement, focus, learning, or wellbeing challenge. • Earn minutes and add them to your time bank. • Start your earned time whenever you are ready. • When the timer ends, Dopi automatically restores protection. CHALLENGE YOURSELF Dopi includes a growing collection of activities, including: • Camera-counted exercise challenges • Walking and step goals • Timed planks and stretching • Breathing exercises • Number and brain games • Hydration check-ins • Focus sessions • Gratitude and reflection • Flashcards and learning challenges • Morning routines and exercise alarms Camera-based exercises use on-device pose detection. Camera frames are processed in memory and are never recorded or uploaded. HEALTH AUTO REWARDS With your permission, Dopi can use eligible Apple Health workouts, sleep, and step achievements to grant screen-time rewards automatically. APPLE WATCH Use the Dopi Apple Watch companion to check protection, view earned minutes, follow active timers, manage supported alarms, and see today's progress. YOUR PRIVACY Dopi cannot see the apps selected through Apple's Screen Time picker. Camera processing, private journal entries remain on your device. An account is not required. Sign in with Apple is optional and can be used to synchronize membership and selected account statistics. Dopi is a self-control and wellbeing tool.
