DooAttend Kiosk turns any tablet or phone into a secure, easy-to-use time and attendance station for your store or business. Built for franchise owners, managers, and staff, it makes clocking in, clocking out, and tracking breaks fast, accurate, and fully auditable. QUICK & SECURE KIOSK SETUP Managers with the "Configure Kiosk" permission can set up a new kiosk in minutes. Sign in securely with your email and password, and optionally save your login on dedicated store devices for faster future access. SELECT YOUR STORE If your account manages multiple locations, easily browse and choose the correct store for this kiosk. Each store is clearly listed with its ID and GPS-enabled location details, so you always assign the right kiosk to the right site. UNLOCK WITH CONFIDENCE Before the kiosk goes live, verify your location and enter a 4-digit store PIN to activate it. Location verification ensures the kiosk is being unlocked at the correct site, adding an extra layer of security and accountability. Managers can switch stores or exit back to the login portal at any time. FAST CLOCK IN / CLOCK OUT Employees simply scan their personal QR code or enter their phone number and PIN to clock in or out — no manual entry, no confusion. A live clock, connection status, and store details are always visible on screen, and a quick selfie can be required for added identity verification. FLEXIBLE BREAK TRACKING Staff can start a break with a single tap and choose the break type that fits their needs: - 30 Minutes Paid – the first 30 minutes are paid, with rest deducted - Personal Exit – unpaid time for short personal errands - Company Exit – paid time out for official work purposes When the break ends, employees tap to resume work, and the system automatically records the exact break duration for accurate payroll and reporting. INSTANT CONFIRMATION & SHIFT SUMMARIES Every action — clock in, clock out, break start, and break end — is confirmed on screen immediately, so employees always know their attendance was recorded. At clock-out, staff get a friendly shift wrap-up along with total hours worked that day, plus QR scan evidence captured automatically for audit purposes. BUILT FOR SPEED AND ACCURACY The kiosk screen resets automatically after each interaction, letting the next employee clock in right away.
