DocumentXchange is a community-powered marketplace for public-record documents. Request a record you cannot find, browse OCR-indexed listings, or help someone else locate an eligible public record. Posting a request is free. Requests remain open for 14 days, and you pay only if you choose to purchase a submitted document. Eligible U.S.-based contributors can browse open requests, upload the requested record, and earn the displayed royalty when an approved document is purchased. Key features: • Request deeds, court filings, property records, certificates, and other eligible public records • Search by state, county, document type, names, addresses, parcel numbers, case numbers, and OCR text • Receive notifications when a request or saved search has a match • Review protected, watermarked previews before purchasing • Access purchased documents from your library • Contribute records and track royalties, reputation, and badges DocumentXchange is an independent marketplace.
