Plan and organize your drone operations information clearly and easily. DocuDron brings together location, date, time, aircraft, weather, maps, and documentation in one easy-to-use form. It's an organizational and support tool for remote pilots and UAS operators in Spain, without replacing the checks, decisions, or responsibilities that correspond to the remote pilot or UAS operator. PLAN YOUR OPERATIONS • Plan operations using a guided wizard. • Add name, location, date, time, and one or more aircraft. • Define the planned area using a circle or polygon. • Review the information before saving it. • View scheduled operations and the history of expired operations. • Reschedule a previous operation while preserving the original. REFERENCE WEATHER FORECAST • View the forecast for the selected location and time slot. • Check wind, gusts, direction, temperature, humidity, precipitation, cloud cover, and visibility when available. • Compare wind and gusts with the reference values configured for each aircraft. • View an indicative weather assessment. MAPS AND TOOLS • Search for locations and view the planned operating area. • Switch between available map layers. • Estimate the delimited area and the distance to the farthest point. • Define a takeoff point and view an indicative VLOS visual reference. • Convert coordinates and select points on the map. • Access official resources and sources related to UAS activity. UAS DOCUMENTATION • Organize accreditations, communications, authorizations, and other documents. • Associate documents with each operation. • View expiration dates and upcoming deadlines. • Open saved PDFs from the application. AIRCRAFT AND ACTIVITY • Register your drones and their associated data. • Configure reference values for wind and gusts. • Associate one or more aircraft with each planned operation. • View the schedule and monthly activity summary. • Create photo albums related to flights, drones, or operations. DATA AND EXTERNAL CONNECTIONS The main data for operations, aircraft, documents, and photos are stored locally on the device. Some meteorology, mapping, search, and access to official sources functions require an internet connection and depend on external services.
