EVERY ROLE ON THEIR OWN PHONE Your marina lives in its own secure account, not on a single device. Staff and boat owners install DockMaster, sign in, and your boats, tickets, parts, and invoices are there. Signing in on a new phone doesn't sign you out of the old one. WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Boatyards, engine rooms, and metal sheds kill reception, so DockMaster never depends on a live connection. Start and stop job timers, write notes, pull parts, add tasks, and close tickets offline. Everything sends automatically the moment signal returns, and a status line tells you whether your work is synced or still waiting. Boat owners manage their fleet with photos, specs, hull ID, and slip assignment, then submit service requests by maintenance type instead of calling the office or leaving a note on the boat. Service managers triage every request as it comes in and dispatch work tickets with priority, assigned technician, and schedule, so nothing gets lost between the dock and the shop. Technicians run a live job timer, log parts with quantity and cost, and share progress photos directly with the owner, keeping the paper trail out of the job. Managers can review and correct labor entries on any ticket, editing, adding, or deleting time to keep billing accurate before an invoice goes out. When the work is done, DockMaster builds the invoice from the completed ticket, pulling in labor hours, parts, tax, and discounts automatically. Owners pay by card through Stripe's secure hosted checkout, and the office can record cash, check, or bank payments for everything else. After the trial, running a marina requires the DockMaster Marina subscription at $199 per month, which covers the whole marina with unlimited staff. Only the Master Admin is ever asked to subscribe; managers, technicians, and boat owners never see a paywall and never pay. If a subscription ends, the marina's records stay intact and become read-only until it is renewed. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
