Use the apps features to start working on an exercise plan in your own home, or pick the best food choice when eating out. HealthKit is integrated into the DMA Weight and Wellness application for tracking weight and sleep. The data is shown on the application's dashboard tab and sent to your coach daily to view your progress. To setup Apple HealthKit use the Devices button in the More Tab.
