Store description excerpt

Check your riding position with one photo. DIY Bike Fit turns a single side-on photo of you on the bike into six joint angle readings, each compared against the range bike fitters work to. No sensors, no appointment, no account. HOW IT WORKS 1. Photograph - take a side-on photo, or pick one from your library. 2. Detect - on-device pose detection maps your joints automatically. 3. Correct - drag any point to place it exactly; pinch to zoom in close. 4. Read - see all six angles with an in-range or out-of-range verdict. WHAT IT MEASURES Knee - the primary saddle-height indicator. Too straight suggests the saddle is high, too bent suggests it is low. Hip and Back - how far forward and how low you sit over the bars. Elbow and Shoulder - your reach and cockpit position. Foot - foot angle at the pedal. Every reading gets a range bar showing the recommended band, where you fall within it, and how far outside it you are if you are out. CHANGE SOMETHING, CHECK AGAIN Drop the saddle a few millimetres, take another photo, compare. There is no cap on how many photos you can measure, so you can work in small steps instead of guessing. WHEN THE DETECTION IS OFF Automatic pose detection is not always exact. Every joint is a draggable point you can reposition, and the photo zooms and pans so you can place each one precisely. Saving re-runs all six measurements. YOUR PHOTOS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Analysis runs entirely on your device. Your photos are never sent to a server, and nothing is kept between sessions. BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD Built for drop-bar bikes only - road, gravel and cyclocross. You will need a photo of yourself on the bike taken from the side, with the near pedal at the bottom of the stroke and your whole body and bike in frame. Results are for guidance only. If you have pain or persistent discomfort, see a professional bike fitter.
