DiveTwin overlays two videos of the same movement so you can see exactly how two attempts differ. It began as a tool for comparing dives, but it works for anything you can film twice from the same spot: gymnastics and trampoline, synchronized swimming, skating, martial arts, a golf or tennis swing, dance, weightlifting - any repeatable motion. Load a reference clip and a second clip, mark the same instant in each (for example the take-off, or the moment of contact), and DiveTwin locks the two together on one timeline. Play them back in sync, step frame by frame, slow it right down, and watch both attempts move as one. Choose the comparison that suits the moment: - Normal - the classic ghost overlay - Lighten - keeps the brighter subject, no wash-out - Difference - lights up exactly where the two attempts diverge Fine-tune with a blend slider, nudge one video to line up small camera differences, set a start and end around just the part you care about, and export the overlay as a silent clip to share with your athlete. Everything runs on your device. DiveTwin does not collect any data, shows no ads, and needs no account or internet connection. One purchase covers your iPhone, iPad and Mac. Film from a fixed position so the only thing that changes between attempts is the performer.
