Dispatchly is the app your dispatch team uses to send you your run for the day, and the app you use to get through it. Once your dispatcher adds you as a driver and starts your run, you'll see every stop in order: pickups, deliveries and internal jobs, each with the address, notes and any special instructions attached. Tap a stop when you're done with it and it comes straight off your list. If your company has proof of delivery turned on, you'll be asked for a signature or a quick photo when you finish a stop, so there's a record if a customer ever asks whether something arrived. While you're on a run, your dispatch team can see roughly where you are. That way they know how the day is tracking and can answer a customer's "where's my delivery" question without having to call you. Finished everything? Tap Back to Base and your run is closed out for the day. Logging in is simple. Enter your phone number, enter the code we text you, and you're in. No passwords to set up or remember. One thing worth knowing: Dispatchly only works if your company already dispatches through Dispatchly. If you're not sure, ask your dispatcher. They'll need to add you as a driver before you can sign in.
